As we are all aware the guild has hit a little bump in the road due to CCR, ok no big deal we will come back again!

Due to the fact we are now grade 4 i cant really just kick people with no good reason, with that in mind i want to adopt the "One in One out" aproch to inactive guild member replacement if at all possable.

If we need to stop the 50+ rule to get active people then so be it, but not unless we truely need to.

Now that we arent grade 4 anymore *d**n u ruht * we can clear the inactive ppl i think.....if u got some ideas how we can increase the activity post em here....
