Sup guys.

There was a dude in the guild called Daemonia. He is active, he can speak english very well. A gamer who isnt retarded. Those are rare.

And guess what you did? You lost a really valuable member by kicking him because he didnt come to acc at 30 mins.

He was in a BD and told that he will be there at 5 mins mark.

After he got kicked he was like " xc sucks". And he will tell his friends. And those dudes are future high lvls which you need.

Ure losing really good player without noticing it. Its time for a change >.>... ur scaring other members aswell if you do it like that.

Discipline is good , but too much sux.

Just telling you my opinion. I dont care if you change something or not.

i agree , just saw daemonia the other day guildless in naroom, a lvl 65 bell mage didnt take him down. he knew what he was doing.
and tbh i dont get the why should we be at ACC at the 30 min mark , 10 min mark is enough to move to the right place in time :S

he was in XC2 i think cos i dont remember that i kick any1 with that kind of name..
he said that he will be there at 5min mark.. hmmmmm..
if he did that only 1 time.. then i dont get it why he got kicked.. but
if he did more than once.. then its ok. cos we dont need brainless noobs who dont follow the rules in guild..

and about that 30min mark.. u should be or start to move to the acc..
like if u are in BD u end it at 30min mark and restock etc..
and how to fuck u think ppl will be at acc at 10min mark if they cant even make it now at 30min mark..

Yup hew wasnt in the main guild.

10 min mark is too late as u need to regroup people dont listen when everyone is at cw were already on the move.

Atm its 30 min mark regroup but when we get honor its 30 min mark u need to be there so regroup starts at 40 min mark.

And indeed people arent there at 30 min mark how would they be there at 10 mark. If it was up to me u would all be there at 30 mark restock before that, But luckily ruth is leader atm haha.

I'm not in the guild, but this is just my opinion on this matter:

Starting to regroup at 30min mark is okay, but thats just when you start to end your farming, lvling, etc and start to move to acc.

Imho, the time you should be at the acc ready to fight is around 10mins.

Why? because waiting for battle start from 30mins mark at acc is useless, it does nothing good as no one moves before 10mins, and if they do move, its not gonna affect much as there is still over 10mins before you can actually do something.

And if someone has informed you that he for some reason can't get to acc before some time x, I think you should accept that, but tell him/her not to let it become a habit.

,,i,,>_<,,i,, style works pretty well imo, cw is a must but there is no real rg time, be there before we move or get kicked(after some warnings tho).

I understand the fact that we can't start the rg at 10mins, because it does take time, but being at acc at 30 min mark is useless.

And besides, hsk turnout > rg turnout in getting honor imho...
