ok guys this is goin to be a HOT topic...
i know that many old characters asking me for the guild support so i make this post.
theres many ways to do this i just got 3, if u got another please let me know:
1 - with the guild founds i can buy armor/eles/weaponds that are at AH or that ppl sell like weaponds +4 +5 or armors +4 +5 or perfect eles 30/30 - 25/25...
2- i buy T4 and tried to upgrade the armors by miself and then give to the player that need it.
3-Just give some money to the character and he do what ever he want with the money founds.
Attention: this is only for the active and old player....new players need to be loyal to XC as the old are, also this is for the ppl that came to CW every day and help us cos if that ppl wasn't there we weren't no Honor guild.
ok that's all if u got a suggestion just let me know

Guild funds wont be used to buy upped weapons. If people need upped weapons they need to farm for it themsselfs. Neither will it be used to buy perf eles or any strong equipment.
Guild funds will be used to make these items from cheap armors and 10/10 eles. Most of us have worked hard to get our eles and its not up to the guild to fund u any op or strong items. We will help u attain it but this is only for the hard working reliable guild members.
So no free items for anyone. At least not yet I am leaving the decision to metal but i dont want to see anyone getting free strong stuff just cuz they cant or wont farm for it. We all had it hard from the start. The guild is here to help u get the items urself or help u upgrade them.

As we done before farm weapons and armors give the leaders cheap stuff and wel will upgrade it in time and give to our members. But we demand if we give anyone an item they should give their old item to a guildie who doesnt have it.
For example ld wants +4 armor he only has +3
Guild makes +4 parts from scratch and gives him a few parts. Then he will give his old +3 parts to the guild leader and the guild leader will upgrade it or give it to another guildie.

Mel's idea sounds good. But I think we should accumulate more ideas until the golden age patch comes. i.e. Because the new elven BD sounds good, but may be costly to do. So some of the funds may be used to help the guild be able to complete the whole thing. This may include good upped armor, weap, elems, bla bla bla needed to get the whole thing done.
Another idea is members could post in this thread what they need and what they have currently. So that if ever funds will be used in this way we know where to use it and what to do. And of course replaced items should be given to other guildies like mel said, i go with this idea of his.
Btw, going off topic. I think we need to start doing HDH as this could really help the guild get really stronger and more experienced.

well as i started to upgrade the oldest members of the guild with +4 stuff when ever i could through any means the guild funds or my own personal vote points would allow i would like this to continue till the most loyal members get a good set if required only!!!
it was never about free gear for any1 and as mel clearly says and i stand by it, now as for anything eles i would say if you go to HDH then guild funds get the 55% attacks for the party if all guild based and if you get a lvl party going then guild funds could buy the charm to get them all to elven at 17mil a pop that sounds reasonable to me and a good use of guild funds
as i can tell you and im sure you know upgrading is risky and i only did it because i used my points to get the t4s now i wouldnt expect any1 else to do this on behalf of so many but that is up to you at the end of the day. Matt i trust you to do what is right with the guild funds and a strongly suggest that if the funds get to the 1bil mark and you have nothing to get then give the excess to one of your core members to store in their bank so no money is lost then use it when needed

thanks GAZ for all your trusth and i'm doing that, saiving the money till one member need it, so we don't waste the guild founds!! XD
i'm helping all members in what they need. only if they all help me join at Cw's cos as long as we still get the honor i'll keep helping them. XD
also i do the same that u did, if the char need a +4wepaond it gives me his old weapond so i can upgrade it an give it to another member. XD

BTW i'm at 33 in race rank i'm writing this cos i don't know how long i can hold that rank >.0 so i all days that i move up at race rank i take a screenshot XD
