just putting this on here just to get some idea on what we can do as a group, IF however you DO NOT want to do any of the above then please DO NOT fill it in at all but DO add your comments to give me some idea about what the average XC member thinks of the guild in our strenghths and weaknesses

have to say im not loving the fact i only got one comment, thanks Ryu btw, i was hoping for a shit load more, how many guildies we got?? only 4 others voted and only 1 comment, not what i was expecting at all, gotta say im disapointed

heeya... Well metal what did you expect? There are always the same guys on the forums... new members rarely or never check the forum Well i like the idea that u want to raid /lvl but uhm seriously we had ideas like that before but we never managed to make em real..... |

well the problem with lvl parties are these:
1 elven is to crowded u need to camp somewere for hours until u can make a guild party. So most just join other parties.
2 people only want to lvl at one spot in elven so they wont join ur party.
3 tried to make several parties the last couple of days but just 2 or 3 joined and left after we got raided or when we needed to w8 for some more party members.
4 uhm i the fuck dont care no more. People who spam for guild parties dont get notting from me no more as i tried to make parties for weeks now and they just leave if they dont like it. So fucking stop whining that the guild doesnt do enough. Its take and give not just take take take.
That goes for the newbies and retards in our guild.
5 I want to be able to depend on the people who i party with. And we got some of those in guild. And u all know who u are just bare with us. guild will be sorted soon ok.

thats more like it thanks guys, this sort of thing we can work with, and yes volt we did have these ideas before and we did get tons of lvling done as a guild too wich was great, having the idea and then putting it into practice isnt easy i know as you would also need willing members and as most ppl operate as individuals these days i see where the stumbing block is, can we over come it? hope so, and mel i aint moaning im stating a fact, the guild will fall off the face of RF just like all the others if we dont manage to get some sort of team activity going, all i did with this was pop some ideas up, if you guys have other ideas then pop em on here, thats what this is all about  |

o lol i didnt mean u. but all those retards who dont join forum and whine that guild doesnt help them.
I support ur idea. i'd like to lvl more with members or raid. Well not raiding actually as i love to solo pvp hehe but i occasianly i like it. and yer we need more lvling parties but what i stated is the problem of guild lvling parties.

yeah your spot on about that mel, i totally understand the "i must be in a awesome DPS party otherwise my exp will be slower" but the singular problem with a party like that is when its raided the DPS all die first.....then what? ahh yes thats right folks your tank is still alive and kicking but your faced with the walk of shame coz your party lacks the wide range of skills needed for a good defence. Now i know that is not always the case and i also know what its like to grind and grind endlessly, i got 62 got bored and took a break, i wanted to go punisher but i never got a party willing to keep me even though my gear made me better in DPS and durability to every1 else in the party, so i also know what its like to not be a part of whats going on too, all we need really for the guild lvling party to work is people who are willing to stick it for an hour or so, coz you can get some good exp in that time if undisterbed. ok as i have been away for some time and lvl2 in cartella is available, whats it like in there? i have been in as Midnight to check out the mobs, could we not try there as i dont see many people if any going in there? while lvling Necromancer i spend tons of time at the thors, hardly see 60+ coras or bells at all unless trying to kill me |

well, cartela 2 kind of fails.
i get more exp from 1 aoe party in elven that lures 3/4 mobs than luring the big mobs there(those that look like abas) dont know about the others , didnt try it though.
